Chatter + this app = hopeless
Buggy, incomplete, non-standard UI
I`ve been using SalesForce Mobile for about two years and I keep waiting for it to get better. To my disappointment, not only doesn`t it improve, but it seems like it has stagnated without major updates in that entire time. The latest update is so buggy that it has rendered the app unusable (it just says `syncing…` forever). I`ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, to no avail.
Meanwhile, the user interface is completely non-standard, you can customize anything, and the Activities list (the heart of what I need on my mobile device) is, in a word, awful.
I love SFDC, but I absolutely hate this app. Get it together, SalesForce!
When logging a call button from leads or contacts it puts it in the category of "New Task" rather than "Event" which was what it previously loaded it as.
Please fix the bug.
